Gameforge Expands North American Presence with HEX: Shards of Fate

Karlsruhe, November 12,  2015 – Gameforge, a leading provider of MMO games for European regions, has become the North American publisher for the digital trading card game (TCG) HEX: Shards of Fate in a move aimed at building the first foothold for the Company’s expansion into North America. The partnership between HEX Entertainment in Lake Forest, California, and Gameforge, based in Karlsruhe, Germany, will increase the strength and support for the development of the title, while providing longevity and stability for the highly competitive players of the game.

Carsten van Husen, Gameforge AG CEO, expressed his confidence in the strength of the partnership, the game, and the Company’s publishing plans, saying, “A short time ago a pesky lawsuit between HEX Entertainment LLC and Wizards of the Coast was resolved and we just started the great HEX Invitational Tournament with prize money totaling $100,000 USD.
