If you missed the inaugural stream of our new Twitch.TV Channel, ThankYouForGaming, do not fret! It is here on the MavPR blog for your pleasure.
We had a blast on the first stream playing our old favorite Left 4 Dead 2 with our favorite friend, Johnny Fournier, formerly our marketing colleague at Square Enix and currently running a great podcast, NERD UNEMPLOYED. SUMMARY: while we tried to recall how to play L4D2 again after many months off and also got used to playing with Johnny, Johnny ran us down with chainsaws. It’s 1:45 of nonsense.
However, we had a blast, so this is going to be a regular thing. We’ll be mixing in more industry folks and more games and we’ll probably do a bit more talking about the person who is with us next time. We might also make a Friday afternoon mega-session with L4D2 (PC) a regular, weekly occurrence, so we can have standard measurement for the channel and everyone who wants can have an opportunity to go through the mayhem with us.
As I said before… we’re still figuring out exactly what we will do here… so bear with us!
