Starting today, the vast lands of the free-to-play game will be packed with a brand new resource: Easter eggs.

It isn’t always just work-work-work around here. Although, honestly, that’s the way it is most of the time. Every once in a while, the kindly PR GODS are merciful enough to allow us a few moments away from email. They are lenient enough to liberate the staff for a few hours from writing plans and pitching editors and booking events. And when that happens – we go and do crazy things like join in on 3-on-3 Basketball Tournaments. Let’s face it – you really haven’t lived until you’ve seen a group of 40-55 year old men compete in a game designed for 25 year olds.

SAN FRANCISCO — February 27, 2013 — Today, Ubisoft® and Nadeo announced that ManiaPlanet® games and services, including the upcoming multiplayer first-person action game ShootMania® Storm, will be accessible via Valve’s Steam service. TrackMania² Stadium, the racing game phenomenon with more than 11 million registered users, will also its debut on Steam. Both ShootMania Storm and TrackMania2 Stadium open betas can now be accessed via Steam. Steam users can also download the full TrackMania2 Canyon game via Valve’s platform. Read more
